
The car market is witnessing the launch of a free maintenance package for a year or up to 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, on a number of new models, for cars licensed from April 30, 2026. This step aims to support after-sales services and enhance customer confidence.
The initiative includes regular maintenance work according to approved schedules, which contributes to maintaining operational efficiency and technical performance during the first year of use, reducing the operational burdens on new owners, amid increasing competition in the local market.
The launch of the package comes in conjunction with trends to develop the network of authorized service centers, provide original spare parts, in addition to training technical staff according to specialized professional standards, which enhances the quality of service provided and ensures continuous performance.
The step also reflects a trend towards providing added value upon purchase, linking the sales process to an integrated system of technical support, which supports the stability of the usage experience in the medium term.
This initiative falls within the strategy of Qasrawy Group, the local agent for the Jack brand in Egypt, to enhance the competitiveness of the brand within the Egyptian market, by supporting after-sales services and expanding the scope of trust with customers.
